The Center provides a wide array of classes in dance, music, fitness/wellness, theater, spoken word, computer arts technology and the visual arts. These classes are offered after school, evenings and weekends at our main site in midtown Kingston. A homework and tutoring center is also available. Programs include S.P.I.C.E, a year round project for low income women and their children (provides childcare at the center if needed to participate) with a special focus on women of color.

The council is the voice for the arts in Putnam, and maintains a leadership role in promoting, fostering, and perpetuating the visual, performing and literary arts in the county and environs. which brings community members together to discuss ways to increase awareness and activities to promote the arts.
The Community Arts Partnership: advocates for the arts in Tompkins County serves the public by strengthening services and resources for the arts encourages collaboration among arts, government, education, business and other community organizations.

The mission of this local nonprofit is to support the arts and culture in Cortland County. The Cultural Council enables the public to access and enjoy art and music through events such as the annual Arts and Wine Festival, First Friday art nights, a Regional Photography Exhibit, classes and workshops, gallery openings, and bus trips to art and cultural venues in other areas. In 2019 the organization is also hosting a ReFashion show and story slam.
