Offers a 24-hour crisis intervention hotline providing advocacy at all hours for victims of sexual assault. Programming also includes transportation, court accompaniment and preparation, individual and group counseling, community education, primary prevention, crime victim compensation assistance through NYS Office of Victim Services, and outreach to rural victims of sexual assault.

The Mobile Crisis Team is a team of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Support Staff, and Peer / Family Advocates available to any Chautauqua County resident experiencing a mental health crisis or distress during non-business hours. The Mobile Crisis Team provides access to Licensed Mental Health Professionals for telephone and/or face to face mental health assessment and crisis intervention, resolution of crisis in the least restrictive setting and least intrusive manner possible, prevention of unnecessary emergency department (ED) visits, and linkage to appropriate community mental health resources for ongoing treatment and stabilization. Monitoring services are also provided for up to 72 hours for individuals who have been released from mental health hospital stays. Also offers mental health training for community organizations and mental health professionals.

A hospital diversion program for people going through psychological crisis. The goal of the Respite is to provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed peer support and formal support in a community setting.

Provides crisis intervention and supportive counseling to all callers of Chautauqua County 24 hours a day. Serves as the local connection for National Suicide Prevention Hotline. Additional services include: specialized Kids' Helpline and access to mobile teams.

Provides on-call telephone consultation and emergency assessments from crisis workers after hours, when the main line for Mental Health Services isn't staffed. Crisis Services are available throughout the day by contacting Mental Health Services directly.

Provides immediate response to all callers with assessment, supportive counseling, and crisis intervention.

Provides crisis intervention and support services to survivors of sexual assault and their families. Services include a 24-hour hotline; crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others; short-term counseling; support through medical examinations and treatment; advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement; court accompaniment; individual consultations with professionals; community education programs; professional training programs; and referrals for additional needed services.

Provides support for those facing unplanned pregnancies as well as new and/or expectant moms and dads. Offers free pregnancy testing as well as referrals for free on-site first trimester ultrasounds with a licensed physician. Emergency diaper program: provides diapers twice/yr to anyone in need.Some emergency baby supplies provided for families affected by disaster or extenuating circumstances.

Provides free and confidential telephone counseling and crisis intervention to individuals of all ages. The hotline is staffed by trained volunteers and staff who assist callers with any personal problem, ranging from loneliness to suicide.

* Provides short term counseling, crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline services through text, email, or calling the Hotline. *Offers a website with tips on how to deal with challenging situations, a bulletin board where teens ask questions regarding different topics that are answered by counselors and then posted so others can read and relate, and journal pages where teens can download and print worksheets to help them work through issues and create solutions. * A member of the National Suicide Lifeline Network accepting regional calls made to the national hotline network at 1-800-273-8255.

* Provides a confidential crisis intervention service, with the primary goal to assure telephone response to emergency situations. Crisis consultants are available to meet face-to-face if needed. Works in partnership with Allegany County Mental Health Association.

The NAMI HelpLine is a free, nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with a mental health conditions, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public.

Provides 24-hour hotline offering non-judgmental support, provides information about domestic violence and sexual assault and offers resources and referrals.

Accredited by the American Association of Suicidology and the Alliance of Information & Referral Systems.* Serves as the hub site for the 211 Finger Lakes Region, working with two partner sites to provide information & referral services to a 13 county region in the Finger Lakes (Allegany, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Schuyler, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates Counties). 211/LIFE LINE answers all after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls for the region.* Contracts with outside customers to serve as a contact center providing phone response and live chat services for other human service/hotline initiatives. A member of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Hotline accepting regional calls made to this national hotline network. A core member of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Hotline network's Crisis Chat Services.
