Offers Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday food baskets and Christmas gifts/toys and clothing for children (infant to 18 years). Any low to moderate income Owego residents are welcome to sign up the first two weeks of October for both holiday baskets.

Provides a food pantry and assists with food and other emergencies such as utilities, fuel, and shelter. Work with families in the area of family development to include budgeting skills, job skills and job search assistance. Operates a thrift store for the community. Offers an annual Christmas Program, providing toys for children 18 and under and food boxes for adults.

Provides assistance to families with children to get them toys for Christmas. Adults must provide an ID for every child they want to receive a toy for and must have custody of that child.

Member of the WNY Holiday Partnership which provides toys and gifts to low income families for the winter holidays. Gifts will be distributed via a walk-through toy shop allowing parent selection. Parents should NOT bring their children when picking up toys, as children are not permitted in the toy shop.

Works with the US Marine Corps Reserves to organize the Toys for Tots Campaign in Chautauqua County to provide toys for low income families with children ages 0-17 in need of assistance during the holiday season.
