Application process

Applications accepted via text/phone call and in person by appointment; call or text 716-201-9001 to apply or schedule appointment. Clients must bring with them: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4. Picture ID for the person making the application 5. Proof of current address.
