Applications accepted by text only at 516-840-0589; no in-person applications. Clients must bring with them: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4. Picture ID for the person making the application 5. Proof of current address. Member of the WNY Holiday Partnership which provides toys and gifts to low income families for the winter holidays. Gifts will be distributed at in-person events in Erie and Niagara Counties between October 24th and December 24th, 2024.
