Through our hotline and our volunteer counselors, we can provide you or family members with Medicare information on all aspects of health insurance including Medicare Parts A, B, C and D and EPIC.

Facilitated Enrollment consists of private, one-on-one counseling about Medicaid and the Medicare Savings Program. We can meet with people at our offices, various public locations, by phone or at a client's home if they are unable to travel. Our service areas include Chenango, Cortland, Delaware and Otsego counties.
