Caregivers who are not receiving respite under Medicaid or another funded program are eligible to apply. The YMCAs Diabetes Prevention Program helps adults at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes adopt and maintain healthy livestyles in order to reduce their risk of developing this debilitating disease. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a 12-week supportive, small group program, offered free of charge, to help adult cancer survivors regain their total health.

The Center for Complementary Therapies addresses the needs of persons throughout the life span - from birth to death. The Center provides an energetic approach to healing in mind, body and spirit through individual treatments and group programs. The Center offerings include Healing Touch Workshops Levels 1 through 5 and Healing Touch Advanced Practice 1 and 2 Workshops.

Offers array of women's health services including bone densitometry, digital mammography, weight management counseling, and incontinence and osteoporosis clinics.
