Offers a Yoga Alliance Approved 200-Hour Teacher Training course. This 200-hour course is offered in two parts, over two semesters. This program includes asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, meditation, and other traditional yoga techniques. This course will be comprised of analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques and guided practice of these techniques. This is a Yoga Alliance approved yoga course.
