* Home Health Aide Core Class provides training involving a 75-hour training program which is comprised of 59 classroom hours and 16 supervised practical training (SPT) hours. The SPT will occur in the skills laboratory (8 hours) and in a client care setting (8 hours) under the supervision of an approved Nurse Instructor. * Personal Care Aide to a Home Health Aide - the Home Health Aide Training Program provides 35 hours of training. * Transitional class for Home Health Aides involves classroom hours and skills lab assessment. There are no set hours required for this upgrading program. HCR's Supervising Nurse Instructor may exercise discretion in determining the amount of time required to conduct the Transitional and/or Competency class. It is estimated to take between four (4) and twelve (12) hours based on the level of experience of the aide. * Training for Nurses, Therapists and Care Managers provides ongoing education/training completed through orientation, in-services (Home Health Aide's included), team meetings, and competency days.
