Provides opportunities for refugees and immigrants to set up plots of land to farm and plant culturally appropriate vegetables and food. Education on the planting environment, assistance selling produce, a goat farm project to raise and sell goats, and literacy classes are offered.

The GED Program is designed for persons who are at least 19 years in age who did not complete the requirements for high school graduation.All new students are required to take a reading and math assessment to assure proper placement. This test should take approximately two hours. Provides GED classes and a home study program (GRASP-Giving Rural Adults a Study Program) for adults looking to receive their GED. Classes in Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and workforce development trainings are also offered.

The BOCES Adult Education program provides classes and home study options for adult students wanting to improve their literacy skills and/or prepare for the GED exam.
