Provides non-residential services to victims of Domestic Violence. Services include safety planning, basic counseling, case management, hospital accompaniment, domestic violence awareness/education, temporary assistance waivers/housing assistance, transportation, and referrals for immigrant/immigration services, safe dwelling/shelter, legal assistance, and other relevant supportive services. Also provides court advocacy including help with preparation and filing of Family Court documents such as orders of protection and custody, and will accompany victims to court upon request. All services continue to be available after hours via the Orleans County Sheriff's Dispatch.

Samaritan Hospital offers The Sexual Assault and Crime Victims Assistance program, provide specialized services to sexual assault survivors, their families and friends, as well as crime victims.
