RESTORE Sexual Assault Services - Orleans County | Planned Parenthood of Central & Western New York at 243 South Main Street

*Due to COVID-19, all health fairs, educational programs, and external events have been postponed for the next 8 weeks. Will continue to respond to hospital calls by phone. Hotlines continue to be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Counseling, referrals, and crisis support will continue via communication methods the survivor feels comfortable using, including phone calls, video chats, texting, and emails.* Provides crisis intervention and support services to survivors of sexual assault and their families. Services include a 24-hour hotline; crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others; short-term counseling; support through medical examinations and treatment; advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement; court accompaniment; individual consultations with professionals; community education programs; professional training programs; and referrals for additional needed services.
