Provides emergency housing placement after hours for the Erie County Department of Social Services (ECDSS). Assesses callers with emergency housing needs to determine if their situation makes them eligible for emergency shelter provided by the County, and provides placement for clients determined to be eligible. Available during hours that the Department of Social Services is closed: Monday-Friday, 4pm-8am; 24 hours a day on holidays and weekends. Also provides transportation for individuals placed after hours for ECDSS by 211 WNY. Over the phone translation services used.

Provides non-emergency transportation to seniors for medical appointments, and routine errands that would not otherwise be able to get there, through the use of volunteer drivers.

Offers transportation services for individuals who are transit disabled and to charter and special events. Also offers transportation for non-disabled residents of Yates County.

Provides transportation to medical appointments for ambulatory patients age 60 and older. Trained volunteers provide this service which can be used for transport in and out of Chautauqua County on an "as available" basis.

Provides transportion to disabled, elderly, and non-driving individuals to and from medical/therapy appointments, visits to family in nursing homes, and other essential activities.

* Provides safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children. * Offers crisis intervention services for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, and/or human trafficking, and their families. * Provides personal, community, criminal justice, educational, medical, and legal advocacy. * Provides short-term and long-term counseling. * Provides case management, housing support and access to legal services.

Mobility option which provides curb to curb service only for individuals who cannot access the regular fixed route buses and meet the eligibility criteria.

FISH offers necessary transportation in Tompkins County to: doctors, dentists clinics, hospitaland other health related services for people with disabilities elderly low-income residents with no other means of transportationRides are provided to other TC residents who do not have access to public transportation, when driver availability permits.Ride requests are taken by 2-1-1 Tompkins/Cortland between 8:30 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays.FISH is unable to do same day requests. It makes every effort to provide transportation, but service depends on driver availability. Coordinates ride-sharing transportation aboard CNYRTA Specialized Transportation vehicles and specially-marked vendor vehicles for individuals who have been deemed functionally unable to ride Centro due to their disabilities.

Serves adults age 60 and older in the towns of Barker, Lisle, Nanticoke and Triangle (including Whitney Point) in northern Broome County. Services include medical, emotional and mental health support; shopping assistance; health education; emergency call buttons; friendly home visits; and local transportation assistance.
