Provides critical services to those leaving the Broome County Jail only.

* Coordinates the match between active seniors and seniors who need a little help in their home. The senior workforce can relate with their fellow seniors. Services include respite care, companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, rides to doctors appointments, shopping, errands, laundry.

The Office for the Aging will assist senior citizens with transportation.

* Provides transportation services for seniors to errands and appointments within Monroe County or within 10 miles of Pittsford Village.

Coordinates ride-sharing transportation aboard CNYRTA Specialized Transportation vehicles and specially-marked vendor vehicles for individuals who have been deemed functionally unable to ride Centro due to their disabilities.

Wheelers Accessible Vans helps meet the needs of the physically challenged in upstate New York by offering wheelchair accessible mini-vans and full size vans for sale and for rent. Wheelers Accessible Vans will provide door-to-door transportation for the wheelchair bound.

The Warren-Hamilton Office for the Aging coordinates transportation for senior citizens via Town services and volunteers.

* Offers door-to-door transportation throughout the county to needed services for the elderly and disabled.

* Provides a public transportation service that operates throughout Livingston County. Medical Shuttle - transportation to medical appointments. Dial-A-Ride Service - transportation service within the villages of Avon, Dansville and Mt. Morris. Paratransit - curb-to-curb transportation for individuals with a disability. Veterans Ride free with VOC ID. Senior Citizen Service - transportation to and from local Senior Nutrition Centers.

* Offers a site based prevocational program.* Provides a work adjustment training and work study program.* Offers a transitional and supported employment opportunity. * Offers workshop facilities in Webster and City of Rochester.* Provides transportation to work sites provided by agency.

Operates Shuttle Service to and from Syracuse airport and Bus and Train Station. Based on a reservation. The price for one way service is $141.75, and round trip service is $283.50. This is a ride with other passengers.

Serves adults age 60 and older in the towns of Barker, Lisle, Nanticoke and Triangle (including Whitney Point) in northern Broome County. Services include medical, emotional and mental health support; shopping assistance; health education; emergency call buttons; friendly home visits; and local transportation assistance.

Provides public bus transportation along fixed-routes throughout the City of Watertown. Buses are wheelchair accessible and a Paratransit bus is available for passengers who are unable to use the regular buses.

Provides list of older adult job seekers 55+ yrs to people seeking personal care, companions, assistance with chores, handyman and homemaking assistance. Long-term, short-term or one-time jobs. Senior helpers are paid by the people requesting the jobs. People interested in hiring are encouraged to screen senior helpers.

Provides transportation for seniors and to and from senior congregate meals sites and socialization activities as well as to medical appointments, shopping, banking, and other personal needs.

Provides van transportation to medical appointments for seniors ages 60+ who are residents of the Towns of Ballston, Milton, Charlton, Malta, Galway, Providence and the Village of Ballston Spa.

* Provides services for individuals with physical or multiple disabilities and their families that include: Pediatric rehabilitative services. Occupational, physical and speech therapy for all ages. School contract services for pre-schoolers and school aged children. Early Intervention services. Preschool for children with and without special needs. Adult services. * Provides non-medical help, including: Transportation and escort for errands and appointments. Medication reminder. Overnight care. Companionship and conversation. Safety and supervision. Stand-by assistance. Housekeeping assistance. Meal preparation. Respite care.

* Provides non-emergency transportation to all medical appointments.

Provides a paratransit service offering transportation alternatives to people whom at certain times cannot use, or have substantial difficulty using the CDTA fixed-route bus system because of a disability or impairment. Provides eligibility for complementary paratransit service to individuals who live outside the STAR service area, but they can only receive STAR service for travel within the service area.

First-come first-served Veteran Shuttle transportation to Syracuse Veterans Hospital Monday - Friday. Van (7 passengers; not accessible) leaves Binghamton at 10:00 am; leaves Syracuse at 2:30 pm and returns to Binghamton about 4:00 pm.

Offers transportation to veterans to the VA Medical Center located in Albany, New York. Contact the driver a minimum of two days in advance of the scheduled appointment.
