Provides primary care and emergency services for veterans. Inpatient and outpatient treatment includes evaluation, treatment, medical, surgical, psychiatry, neurology and rehabilitation medicine. A full range of health screenings, health education resources, and prevention programs (weight, smoking cessation) are available. Services for women veterans include GYN services, PAP smears, mammograms, and programs for domestic violence and sexual trauma. Provides transportation for adults with Severe Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) within Niagara County to day programs, medical or rehabilitation appointments, and services. Program operates in Niagara Falls, Lockport, and North Tonawanda areas. In addition to individual appointments, daily routes are established for transporting to and from CMI community support program sites.

Provides assistance in filling out forms, as well as information and referral. Offers portal to portal transportation for medical appointments and limited groceries. Also offers hot nutritious lunches, recreational activities, educational and health programs (including blood pressure, hearing, and cholesterol screenings), and organized trips (both day and overnight). Monthly bulletin available by request. Mayor's discount card available for all seniors 55 and older; must be used in the city only.

Provides public bus transportation along fixed-routes throughout the City of Watertown. Buses are wheelchair accessible and a Paratransit bus is available for passengers who are unable to use the regular buses.

Provides fixed-route and demand-response transportation services and special charter trips to transit-disabled individuals traveling to destinations throughout Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties. Operates a large garage, specializing in DOT-approved inspections and repairs.
