Provides transportion to disabled, elderly, and non-driving individuals to and from medical/therapy appointments, visits to family in nursing homes, and other essential activities.

COMMUNITY CAREGIVERS

Provides non-medical assistance to individuals utilizing volunteers. Services include transportation to doctors' offices, chemotherapy treatments, dialysis treatments, physical therapy rehabilitation centers, adult day care facilities. Provides grocery shopping assistance, respite care for family caregivers, visitation, telephone assurance, and yard work.
