Adult Services include: - Day Services, including Certified Day Habilitation and Community Habilitation (which includes independent living skills instruction) - Employment Services - Self-Directed Services - Health Homes (comprehensive case/care management) - In-Home Services - Behavioral Services, including Home and Community Based Services, as well as Behavioral Intervention - Intensive Supports - Representative Payee Services - Budgeting classes and one-on-one budgeting assistance - Rental and Transitional Subsidies for clients who meet OPWDD eligibility criteria - Transportation - Family Reimbursement Program - Alternatives to Incarceration - Crime Victim Assistance Program (specializing in serving persons with disabilities that have experienced domestic violence) - Project C.O.A.C.H. (telephone counseling, referral, outreach and intervention/prevention for individuals and families) - Senior Services (life care planning) - Victim Assistance Program (provides services to people of all abilities who are victims of any crime, specializing in people with disabilities who have experienced domestic violence)
