Offers a variety of services including caregiver services including respite, health promotion activities, friendly telephoning and visiting services, and information about services available to community members age 60 or older and provide assistance, as needed, in accessing these services or resources as well as assistance in obtaining groceries to home-bound seniors.

Accompanies families to court and to meetings with the District Attorney. Offers sensitivity training. Advocates for family assistance and crime victims rights.

Project Veterans' Independence is a Catholic Charities program partnership with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our goal is to place homeless veterans into permanent housing and help them live independently within their communities while offering counseling and access to support services. Supportive case management, peer-to-peer support groups and crisis intervention services are available to all clients.

Accompanies individuals to court and to meetings with District Attorneys. Advocates for family help and crime victims rights. Assists with petitions to block parole.

Provides fire, rescue, and emergency medical services to the town of East Hampton.

Provides food to those in need in the Westbury community, as well as to registered parishioners.

Offers nature trails, a Nature Center, farm animals, Hoyt House Museum and playground area on a 133 acre nature preserve. Also offers educational programs which include Maple Sugaring, Pond Life, Animals on the Farm, Critter Camouflage and others.

Offers a meal for those interested in a good meal and fellowship, with a special invitation for those who may be in need. Guests are seated, served, fed, and nourished on the third Tuesday of each month.

An upscale, second-chance boutique where people from all walks of life are treated with dignity in an inviting atmosphere, geared to assist the community and beyond by also providing a personal shopping experience, as well as helping with emergency needs. Donations can be left inside green bins at the Outreach building any time. Fragile items can be dropped off on Tuesdays from 3pm-5pm by green door on Post Ave.

Refurbish computers and donate them to low income families and individuals at no cost. Volunteers transport, refurbish and install computers in the homes of clients. Volunteers with technology skills are encouraged to join.Donations of equipment and funds accepted. Service available for both Suffolk and Nassau residents
