A halfway house for adult women with chemical dependency problems that supports and solidifies their recovery process so they can return to independent living. The following treatment services are available: alcoholism and substance abuse counseling individual, group and family counseling vocational evaluation, education, and training parenting skills training legal and financial assistance and linkage to remedial education and GED preparation relapse prevention and education and psycho-educational groups: smoking cessation education, anger management and women's issues. Provides literacy, ESOL and job readiness program to immigrant women; the purpose of which is to unlock the language ability of adult participants, providing them with a key to future personal empowerment, increased civic and social responsibility and enhanced skills for membership in the workforce.

Siena House is a home for women who are in crisis or transition, 21 years and older. This program offers a safe, supportive environment while empowering women to move toward independent living and permanent housing.

Provides an informal source of information and support for East End business and professional women. Offers monthly dinner meetings from September to June with guest speakers. Produces newsletters, membership directory and brochure. Offers members scholarships and a Teen Scholarship competition for high school senior girls.

Provides breast health and breast cancer education. Offers bilingual workshops, attends community events, and provides outreach throughout Long Island. Also offers referrals to free/low cost mammograms for women who are uninsured and/or undocumented.
