Provides a Geriatric Resource Center with a wide range of resources along with a Speaker's Bureau. Innovations in the geriatric field and clinical updates are disseminated through interdisciplinary courses, team training, distance learning and workshops.

Offers a non-credit-bearing certificate program leading to eligibility for the licensure examination and PN licensure. This program includes classroom theory, theoretical knowledge, and clinical experiences to prepare students to take the NCLEX-PN for licensure as a Practical Nurse and the opportunity to pursue advanced college training. The Eastern Suffolk School of Practical Nursing offers the following programs each September: An 11-month, full-time day program which meets September through August, M-F from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; A 17-month, part-time evening program which meets September through June, M-Th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. AND the following September through March, M-F from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and A part-time day program is available to seniors enrolled in the high schools of the first supervisory district which meets September through June, M-F from 7:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. OR 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m. at the Bixhorn Technical Center in Bellport, NY; AND will meet the following September through March, M-F from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for Level II post secondary at the Adult Education Center in Brentwood. Services are provided on an hourly basis through private pay, long term care insurance, Office of the Aging, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), and Mainstream Managed Care (MCO) programs.

Provides intermittent skilled nursing, assessments for nursing home placement, in-hospital assessments for home care infusion therapy, certified home health aides, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, medical social services, pastoral care and volunteers. These workshops are available to Stony Brook University and non-Stony Brook University students. This service is for divorced, unmarried or separated families who are typically referred by the Family or Supreme Court. Based on court order the program can provide Therapeutic Supervised Visitation or Monitored Exchanges. Visitation provides children with a safe, secure and healing environment where they can have contact with their non-custodial parent. Typically, these are families with allegations and/or a history of mental illness, physical/emotional abuse, alcohol or chemical dependency, low parent skill or a risk of abduction, and where the court has determined that supervision is required. Exchanges provides a neutral drop-off and pick-up service that allows children to have safe transitions for scheduled access time. This is a service for families where safe child access to a parent is jeopardized because of existing orders of protection, domestic violence and/or high parental conflict.

Provides comprehensive home care services in the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and Westchester. Services include paraprofessional (home health aides), physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, private duty registered nursing and licensed practical nursing. Evaluates children and adolescents from families referred for elevated risk. Offers specialized comprehensive family based dietary and lifestyle modifications for children with elevated cholesterol and obesity. Prescribes dietary supplements, exercise and medication as indicated.
