Provides community services, free counseling and claims assistance for honorably discharged veterans and their dependents. Also administer a number of programs on the national level such as Amvets Against Drugs and Alcohol Abuse, Freedoms Foundation Youth Leadership Seminar, National Coalition for Homeless Vets (NVHV), ROTC, Scholarships and the Department of Veterans Affairs Voluntary Services (VABS).

Provides free legal assistance to veterans and their families. The clinic gives priority to matters that will prevent or relieve homelessness or remove barriers to the reintegration of veterans into civilian life. Typical matters handled in the clinic include: Landlord-tenant/eviction; Debt relief/collection; Bankruptcy; Mortgage Foreclosure; Driver’s license restoration; Child support modification; Unemployment insurance; Warrants and fines; Income tax; Benefits applications and appeals and Discharge upgrades. All representation is free of charge and strictly confidential. Provides mental health services to active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve forces, and veterans who have separated or retired from any branch of military service. Also serves family members and loved one of those who have served in the military.Mental health professionals commit to provide free care for a minimum of one hour per week for one year. Clients are not required to provide insurance information or any other form of payment for the services rendered from Give an Hour volunteer mental health professionals. Provides emergency relief to help cover expenses such as utility bills, mortgage and rent payments, car payments and repairs, auto insurance, home repair, food and household supplies, medical bills and copayments. Also offers Holiday financial assistance.

Offers veterans, including those with PTSD, support meetings, networking opportunities, creativity and job preparation workshops and social activity experience to promote a healthy transition back to civilian life.
