Provides a treatment program for clients suffering from Opioid Substance Use Disorder with a comprehensive, culturally competent bio-psycho-social treatment approach to assist the chemically dependent person(s) to cease the use of illicit and/or controlled substances and move towards leading a healthy and productive life. The goal of this program is to utilize intensive, inter-disciplinary services and individualized treatment planning to successfully intervene with the chemically dependent client. Services include: Counseling; Nursing services; Psychiatric Services; Medical assessment; HIV/AIDS testing and education; Tapering program; Women's groups; Men's groups and Coordinate care with Court Systems, DSS, and Case Management, and Community Based Organizations. Programs exist to help defendants with chemical dependency problems to reduce or eliminate certain criminal charges in exchange for participating in treatment and remaining drug and alcohol free. Services Provided Include: Clinical staff from court services working together with the judges, District Attorney's Office, and defense attorneys to engage defendants in treatment. This collaborative effort is designed to focus on chemical dependency issues that may have contributed to the offenses and to prevent recidivism into the criminal justice system. Completion of treatment may, at the discretion of the district attorney and/or judge, result in a lesser sentence / plea. In some cases, participants may avoid incarceration. In the court services programs, participants receive clinical assessments, treatment placements, case management, and crisis interventions. Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.

Provides mutual support group for men and women with the desire to stop drinking and to help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. Also provides speakers to non-AA groups at schools. Referrals to other anonymous groups.
