Offers a variety of recreational activities for ages 5 and up. Programs include afterschool tutoring, senior citizens, holiday crafts and summer programs. Facility available for non-profit community groups on a permit basis, and for parties, weddings and non-profit fundraising. Activities and class schedules vary.

Provides primary care services and subspecialty services in pediatrics including the following: Adolescent Medicine, Allergy Immunology, Cardiology, Cody Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, Critical Care, Developmental and Behavioral, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Genetic and Metabolic Disorders, Hematology and Oncology, Pediatric AIDS Center, Infectious Diseases, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Nephrology, Pulmonology. Also offers Cystic Fibrosis Center, Children's Kidney Center, Children's Lung, Allergy and Breathing Center, as well as Counseling, Education and Support for Kids.

Offers Mommy and Me programs for parents and children 4 months-4 years old. Classes include baby playgroups, toddlers programs, separation programs, music, crafts, socialization, and birthday parties. Classes are 90 minutes from Monday through Friday. Offers hands-on science programs for kids ages 18 months to 3 years, and their parent(s)/caregiver.

Participating optometrists provide a no-cost comprehensive infant eye and vision assessment between 6 and 12 months of age, regardless of a family's income or access to insurance coverage. Call or visit website for additional information.

Provides consultation, evaluation and individual, group and family treatments for children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional difficulties and their families. Specialized programs under Ambulatory Care include medication evaluation and treatment legal services for divorce, abuse and criminal justice issues psycholtherapy for gay and lesbian youth and parent and professional education. Children with DSM-IV Axis l diagnosis and related significant distress and dysfunction are eligible. Call for further information.

Presents a program for two and three year olds and a parent, in which the child uses all five senses to discover the farm. Provides song, story, and snack.

Offers eight week summer camp for children 2 1/2 to 12 years of age. Activities include on site swimming, arts and crafts, sports and music, private swim instruction, woodworking, ceramics, special events each week and four family nights. Meals included.

Provides a luncheon/lecture series for mothers with babies ages birth-12 months. Luncheons are held at Papa-Razzi Restaurant in Westbury from 11am-1pm. At each session there is a different informative guest speaker on a baby-related topic. Call or visit website for further information.

Offers nursery school in a developmentally appropriate environment. Serves ages 2, 3, and 4.

Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Readers Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 6. Programs and services include Downloadable Books, Page Turners, arts and crafts, storytimes, and performances and films.

Offers a center based program for 2-5 year olds with delays in speech/language/cognitive learning areas with or without presence of hearing loss. One full day session is offered from 9:20am to 2:40pm. An integrated class comprised of both disabled and non-disabled students is also offered.
