General community programs include: HIV Overview, Teen Peer Training, Professional Development, Parent/Caregiver and Teen HIV Training, Multiple-Session Education and Skill Building Programs for out of school youth, homeless adolescents and active substance users are available. Programs for people living with HIV/AIDS include: HIV and Disclosure Training, Health Education and Risk Reduction Program and confidential rapid HIV and HCV testing for partners and social networks of HIV+ individuals. For adults over 50 and communities of color, STI testing is available.

NOEP Services provide assistance with completing the Food Stamp application and in facilitating the process.

Provides people in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease/dementia and their caregivers education programs and social activities that improve relationships, increase confidence and decrease emotional triggers. Programs vary, but can include; early-stage educational programs, support groups, meetups, and social engagement programs such as Memory Cafes and exercise programs.

Provides a network of resources for families with children struggling with emotional, behavioral and social challenges. Families can call, email or go online to find services, and to gain a better perspective on the help which is available, and what may be best for their family.

Offers asthma screenings and education for faith-based organizations.

Proyecto Faro builds community and organizes Rockland immigrants by providing monthly legal clinics, food program and financial support.

Offers a variety of reproductive, maternal, and women's health services including outreach and education for the community and health and human service providers. Provides programming around all stages of reproduction, including preconception, pregnancy, and interconception.

Provides help in accessing available human services within the community by providing information and referrals. This includes information about help with food, utility payment assistance and substance use disorder assistance, among other services available throughout the community. Also has information about volunteer opportunities, transportation resources and organizations seeking donations. Publishes a searchable database of available services on the internet.

Provides education regarding available services and general disability topics through presentations and community events.

Provides families with information and referrals to appropriate programs and services throughout the community in the areas of respite, recreation, service coordination, residential, and vocational services. Provides free trainings on autism awareness and other disability topics to the community, including schools, hospitals, police, firefighters, and library staff. Online and printed directory of services is available.

An outreach program to help improve and maintain personal health and environmental living conditions. The goal of the program is to promote healthy neighborhoods by keeping residents aware of the variety of medical, social and environmental services available to them locally. Outreach staff visit residents, at the residents request, an inspection of their home is also performed to be sure that no environmental health hazards or problems exist. If environmental health hazards or problems do exist, our staff will direct them to the agency best able to help.
