The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) Program offers supports to CYSHCN and their families by providing timely and appropriate information and referrals to insurance, health services, and community resources to address their identified needs. The program is available to families with children and youth, ages 0 to 21, who have a chronic physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional condition and may require health & related services.
Provides one to ten days worth of food for someone in need . Also would meet with individuals and inform them of their local food pantries and other outreach services they might need.

Provides a food pantry for Veterans, the Military and their families, and families in need. LI Cares hosts Military Appreciation Tuesdays in Huntington Station, Lindenhurst, and Freeport which gives veterans and their families access to food, personal care items, household products, pet food, and school supplies. Also veterans are provided with information and resources pertaining to veteran specific benefits. LI Cares also operates a Mobile Pantry which delivers nutritious groceries to homebound, disabled veterans unable to access their local pantries.
