An overnight shelter with dinner and a cot from 8:30 pm-6:00 am. Also, a warming center at a nearby location from 6:30 am-2:30 pm.

Senior Social Care Program providing Stay Fit Dining where enrolled seniors are eligible to receive nutritious lunches, weekly social and physical activities, and educational programs. Also provides a bread and pastry pantry with access to fresh fruits and vegetables. Serves as a Cooling Center during times of extreme heat. Provides recreational activities, educational programs, and health programs, including blood pressure, hearing, and cholesterol screenings. Offers organized day and overnight trips. Provides assistance in filling out forms. Provides information and referral. Serves as a City of Buffalo Cooling Center during times of extreme heat and as a Warming Center when the temperature is 15 degrees or below. Youth programming includes an after school program for children 5-10 years old, 4-H programs, homework help, teen and adolescent life skills, youth and teen recreation, summer day camp, and homework assistance. Also provided are youth sports, adult sports and recreation, adult athletic leagues, exercise programs, and a fitness room. Program offers male beds, female beds, and family units. Serves as a Code Blue Warming shelter during the day and evening on a first come, first serve basis for anyone who walks in.

Focuses on creating asset development opportunities for both residents and entrepreneurs. Assists individuals in growing and investing in their communities by providing lending capital, training, consulting, technical assistance, seminars, workshops, and low-cost business rental space to new and existing businesses that would otherwise lack access to these services. Assists area residents in developing asset based thinking by providing financial literacy training, basic budgeting, and home appliance loans to combat predatory lenders. Loan programs and Cottage Industry Assistance Program target low to moderate income existing and prospective individuals. Chautauqua Microenterprise Loan Fund and the Women and Minority Microenterprise Loan Fund Programs help small businesses by providing small business start up and expansion loans. The small business incubator offers small businesses an opportunity to grow and stabilize with subsidies around rent, business services, and technical assistance.
