Application process

Apply for a library card. Must have proof of name and address such as license, utility bill, etc.

Fees

No charge for library cards or items owned by Niagara Falls Public Library; no card required to come into library. Fees for lost items, as well as copy, print, and fax fees.

City of Niagara Falls extreme cold warming center. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat.
