* Provides homeless families in Wayne County with hospitality through apartments that are furnished for short term non-emergency housing at no cost to them. Overnight lodging, meals, and hospitality provided by local congregations. Day Center services include meals, on-site child care, homework assistance, and case management.

Provides respite and social interaction for the homeless and other individuals as a drop-in center three mornings per week.

Operates a drop-in center for neighborhood youth and provides learning activities. Services include homework helps, computer instruction, arts and crafts, and physical activities.

* Offers free, confidential, safer sex support-not judgement. Free HIV, STI, and Hepatitis C (HCV) testing and linkage to PrEP and PEP (HIV prevention medications) and other healthcare. Community Drop-In Center - a computer lab and meeting space for discussion groups, programs, and educational sessions. Condom Distribution - access to free male and female condoms, lubricants, dental dams, and other safer sex items. Counseling, Testing, and Referral Services (CTRS) - a service to help increase clients' knowledge about HIV & other STI's, encourage and support risk reduction, and secure needed referrals for appropriate services. Supportive services, such assupport group and other resources.

Provides a year-round program for teens ages 13 to 19 years residing on the Westside of Syracuse focused on accepting and respecting individual differences, developing a positive identity, empowering teens, and treating them as valued members of the community. Activities include help with homework, field trips, study time, and a summer program.

Offers a drop-in center for consumers Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 4pm-8pm. Self-help groups are offered each night.

The center is operated year-round and features ping-pong, pool, foosball, and air hockey tables, a TV lounge, kitchen, video game room, vending machines and a spacious outdoor deck, including an outdoor, lighted basketball court. The center is also available to rent for various private events.

Two youth advisors, one computer coach, and one security guard are on site and available for help or supervision as needed. Free pizza and wings on Thursdays.

Provides a safe, inviting space that is inclusive for youth and young adults ages 12 to 21 years to develop pro-social skills that promote long-term health wellness, recovery, and a drug free lifestyle, while connecting youth to community supports, increasing youth-adult partnerships, and reducing the stigma people in recovery face.

Provides survival aid to youth through delivery of gateway services that may include food, beverages, clothing, hygiene and other essential needs. Offers education to youth with brochures, palm cards, and safe sex kits. Provides assessment, case management, prevention activities, referrals, crisis stabilization and follow-up support to youth who are homeless, at-risk of homelessness or who are being trafficked or at-risk of trafficking.

* Provides overnight accommodations in shelter apartments for homeless families. Case Manager works remotely and in person with families to provide casework assistance, job search, and enrollment in community programs. Limited transportation provided to appointments.

Provides advocacy, resources, and support for veterans and active duty military through a drop in, non-clinical, and community based center.
