THE Q CENTER | ACR HEALTH

Provides a safe space for for LGBTQ youth to gather and receive support from caring adults through case management services, HIV, STD and Hepatitis C testing, mental health assessments, referrals for LGBTQ affirming clinical services, and referrals to LGBTQ affirming health and human service providers. Offers after school programming and support groups for youth, parents and families.

Provides an array of support services to individuals affect by chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance abuse disorders, and serious mental illness, as well as nagivators to help individuals and businesses make health insurance decisions.

Offers a Syringe Exchange, and provides a variety of prevention and sexual health services to individuals ranging from youth through adulthood.

Coordinates a network of Q centers and offers safe places for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth, their families and allies and offers support groups and seeks to promote an inclusive community.
