Provides residential treatment through a structured integrated therapeutic model for individuals ages 18 years or older who are suffering from the disease of alcoholism and drug abuse.

Provides 6 to 9 months of faith-based residential rehabilitation program for men who are committed to overcoming their drug and alcohol addiction. Residents receive spiritual discipleship, substance abuse education, advocacy, work therapy, vocational, educational training, and counseling.

Offers a holistic rehabilitative environment for young men ages 16 to 20 years with a substance abuse diagnosis; offers Equine Assisted Therapy.

* Provides halfway house and then transitional housing for adults recovering from substance use disorders.

* Administers residential support for 23 women and up to 5 children who need stable housing while attending outpatient drug treatment.

An 18-bed program providing rehabilitative services in a residential setting, targeting individuals in need of residential care during the very early stages of recovery; providing individualized patient centered treatment planning, addiction counseling, vocational and additional clinical supports and services.

A 20-bed program providing stabilization services in a residential setting to men and women over 18, targeting individuals in need of medically supervised detoxification services; individuals experiencing mild withdrawal or significant urges for illicit substances that cannot be managed in an outpatient setting; and/or individuals who need residential care.

Provides a residential facility and substance abuse rehabilitation program for adults with substance abuse issues in Onondaga County. As part of their program, these individuals receive meals, shelter and medical care, and they engage in work therapy. Residents may be referred or be remanded by the courts.

* Provides care for Veterans with substance abuse problems including: Assessments Counseling Education Groups Support Groups Referral for vocational planning Referrals to other community programs Department of Motor Vehicle programs Aftercare Planning Long-term Treatment
