Provides an alternative to incarceration through case management services for adults involved in the criminal justice system who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Provides contracted mental health services for inmates at the Cattaraugus County jail, and for those referred by probation, parole, and court system. Also provides forensic psychiatric examinations and transitional care services for those about to be released or recently released from incarceration. ##REENTRY##

Offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ex-offenders returning to Erie or Niagara County from a state facility. Intake must be made in cooperation with supervising parole officer.
