Provides mental health treatment for pre-trial detainees and those sentenced locally, as well as evaluation and referral for treatment. Provides consultation to courts, probation, and parole, and conducts system-oriented research.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; on call for people held in custody of the Erie County Sheriff only. The front office is staffed Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm for contact with the community. Clinical staff work within the Erie County Holding Center and Erie County Correctional Facility: Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-8:30pm; Saturday & Sunday, 8am-4pm.
