In Person Crisis Intervention
Provides an off-site initial screening for individuals in emotional crisis. Individuals who require a full psychiatric assessment by the physician will be transported to CPEP by 911 services. Also performs home visits with patients who have been recently discharged from CPEP in order to assist the patient in maintaining stability, until the connection with an outpatient provider has been completed.

The SCIPP team services the City of Syracuse, as part of 911 diversion, by providing proactive support as well as crisis de-escalation and harm reduction services for those experiencing mental health and/or substance use emergencies, as well as connecting clients to other services/resources. SCIPP also provides training and support, including the distribution of harm reduction materials, to businesses in the City of Syracuse.

The SCIPP team is "mobile," meaning that they will come to you. SCIPP dispatch times vary from 10-30 minutes.

These services also provide ongoing consultation with local law enforcement agencies, assisting them in resolving mental health problems that come to their attention. Consultation will also be provided to other government agencies, local businesses, and members of the community.EOS is available during the day: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.MOBILE CRISIS TEAM (MCT)MCT is an after-hours emergency and crisis service that provides confidential counseling by phone. Services are available for people of all ages who are considering suicide or struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, family problems, mental health problems, or addiction.MTC is activated by Law Enforcement Personnel or Crisis Line.MCT is available after hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30pm - 4:30am.CRITICAL INCIDENT NEGOTIATION TEAM (CINT)CINT has specialized training in dealing with violence and weapons and provides on-call assistance to law enforcement agencies for hostage negotiations, barricaded individuals, and other critical incidents. CINT is activated by Law Enforcement Personnel only. CINT is always available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
