Provides a variety of support services for those with mental illness and their families. Support groups, educating the patient and family about specific mental illness and treatments, along with with advocating for clients when other services are needed. Family services are available in all three counties. However, adult services available only in Clinton County.

Connects individuals with available benefits and services. Information and referral and short term intensive case management services are offered.

Provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services which include psychiatric treatment, medication management, psychiatric evaluation, rehabilitation, support, self-help, crisis, health education, peer run groups, and vocational counseling.

Provides behavior management, counseling, crisis intervention, family reimbursement, guardianship assistance, benefits and entitlements assistance, home modification, independent living skills, information and referral, parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children (in or out of home), service coordination/case management, support groups, and transitional planning for persons with developmental disabilities of all ages. Developmentally disabled parent training is provided to first time parents with a developmental disability. Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Program available for parents of children with autism.

Offers free, confidential individual and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention. Issues covered include family conflict, parenting issues, divorce, separation, grief, substance abuse, mental health issues, anger management, and behavioral difficulties. Also provides assistance with enrollment for food stamps, health insurance, and other benefits.

Provides inpatient and outpatient mental health assessments and treatment for depression, psychiatric disorders, etc.

ADAPT focuses upon teen/parent mediation with families who are experiencing some form of conflict, such as truancy, school suspensions, out of control behaviors, which they feel powerless to resolve. Our trained mediators assist the families by facilitating the mediation and ensuring a safe space where they are able to accomplish the program goals and objectives.

Provides comprehensive support to primary and secondary victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and violent crimes. Services include a 24/7 hotline, emergency safe house, individual and group counseling, advocacy, legal and medical accompaniment, crime victim's compensation claims assistance, case management, and referrals to supportive services.

* Provides adults with walk-in support for urgent mental health and substance use issues, including: Opioid use and other substance use issues Self-harm Unable to follow up with Mental Health Provider Relationship Problems Depression Anxiety* Provides mobile services for certain individuals.

* Responds in person to mental health, domestic violence and other related crises. Intakes are accepted on a case by case basis and determined by the availability of the team.

* Offers individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and families. * Walk in hours for in person crisis intervention.

Provides crisis intervention, problem solving, short-term case management, and advocacy to individuals in need.

Provides up to 12 months of intensive and comprehensive evidence-based treatment for youth and young adults who struggle with thoughts of suicide.

Provides mental health counseling to individuals ages 5 years and older. Offers individual, family, and group therapy and medication management as needed.

Specializes in trauma treatment through a partial hospitalization program for active duty soldiers diagnosed with PTSD and trauma treatment on an outpatient basis for first responders and front line workers.

Provides emergency crisis management for children and their families until a crisis is resolved. Crisis counseling and respite care may be provided while the problems that led to the crisis are addressed.

Provides a care coordination program that assists individuals that are residing in a community setting or are transitioning to live in a community setting. Services include behavioral, educational, and social health support, transportation, and housing support. On-call services are available 24/7.

* Provides crisis support services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Monroe County. Services include: Behavioral assessment Behavior plan development Short-term case management Parent, school team, and staff training Links to needed services* Offers services in the home, residence, school, or day program.

Provides an in-home crisis intervention service to families with youth ages 5 to 17 years for four to six weeks to assist with crisis management, improve family functioning, support families with tools to manage crisis situations, and by building upon the families' natural support systems to create more safety, and stability within the home.

Provides treatment of mental and substance use disorders; and the support of those who experience and/or are in recovery from these conditions, along with their families and communities.

Provides primary care, mental health services, psychiatry, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, peer services, and care management to individuals and families.

Assists children and their families who have been impacted by sudden, often traumatic, events regain a sense of control over their lives and promote community healing. Traumatic events may include homicide, suicide, sudden death and serious assault, as well as witnessing violence, abduction, natural or man-made disasters, or accidents.

Provides a care coordination program that assists individuals that are residing in a community setting or are transitioning to live in a community setting. Services include behavioral, educational, and social health support, transportation, and housing support. On-call services are available 24/7.
