AFFINITY PLACE: PEER-BASED CRISIS RESPITE PROGRAM | EAST HOUSE
* Provides respite to those individuals who are experiencing a crisis and are in recovery from mental illness. * Offers a peer-based program which provides guidance, mentoring, as well as support to others who are experiencing a crisis and need to get out of their home. The average length of stay at Affinity Place can be 3 to 5 days and then a Peer Support Specialist will complete a follow up on individual progress for up to 30 or 60 days. Affinity Place is an East House program administered in collaboration with the Mental Health Association of Rochester.* Offers a Talkline/Warmline.
