SAIL provides counseling and teaching, and facilitates information giving and sharing for individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties on both an individual and a group basis.

Consists of two departments, the Information Resource Center and the National Volunteer Network. The Information Resource Center provides individualized information, counseling, and support about the diagnosis and management of Marfan Syndrome and related disorders to patients, family members and medical professionals. Provides a comprehensive cancer program that provides accessible, multidisciplinary treatment and services to the Northeast Region of New York State. Staff provide innovative cancer management through clinical research and advances in technology, and promote community wellness through prevention, early detection and education. Also offers a cancer-related support groups.

Offers a support group for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer.

Services offered by the CWRC include caregiver education/support and access to respite vouchers. Caregivers who are not receiving respite under Medicaid or another funded program are eligible to apply. The CWRC follows a caregiver-directed program: the caregiver is responsible for identifying a respite provider, providing guidance on what level of care is provided, and determining when care is provided.

An education and support program that helps women with cancer manage the appearance-related side effects of treatment. Professional cosmetologists volunteer their expertise during group sessions. Complimentary kits containing name-brand cosmetics are distributed during group programs.

Support group for multiple sclerosis patients.
