Description
Provides support groups for survivors of head injury, and separately for families of head injury survivors. Locations for meetings include Hy Feinstein Clubhouse, Commack (3rd Wednesday of each month, 7:30-9pm, and Nassau County Medical Center, East Meadow (1st Tuesday of each month 7:30-9pm).

Provides information to the public to increase awareness of traumatic brain injury and its consequences and to obtain solutions to the problems facing Long Island's head injured survivors and their families. Ensures that the head injured survivor has all needed medical and rehabilitation systems available and maintains a network of support programs to aid caregivers in coping with stress. Programs include the Hy Feinstein Clubhouse, a Residential Program, Family and Community Support Services, and a Recreation/Respite Program.
