Provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS). All services are strictly confidential. The Downtown Buffalo facility is located in the northeast corner suite of the first floor of the historic Ellicott Square Building. Cortland Regional Medical Center and the American Cancer Society serve as co-sponsors for the monthly support group meetings.
