* Provides a comprehensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Services in person and via Telehealth. Evaluation and assessment Outpatient treatment Individual, Group and Family Counseling Treatment and rehabilitation of minority and low income individuals with substance abuse and addiction* Offers educational workshops and presentations. * Offers a Twelve step program with groups and individual counseling. Available in English and Spanish. Deals with complex inter-related problems associated with poverty addiction, behaviors, and social determinants of health.* Offers Relapse Prevention groups and services. * Offers Medication Assisted Treatment (Suboxone) for Opiate Addiction.
