Provides a range of Spanish/English services to assist individuals affected by violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence. Aid to Victims of Violence is a free, comprehensive, confidential service to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, and other crimes. We have a 24 hour crisis hotline 607-756-6363 Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We provide advocacy, accompaniment, crisis intervention, legal referrals, phone counseling, prevention education, support counseling, and support groups. We also have a Safe Dwelling where we provide emergency housing for victims of domestic violence. Due to the nature of these programs, meeting details are not listed. Also provides multilingual and culturally focused services for lesbians, gays, Latinos, African-American, Asian, Haitian, and Jewish Orthodox.

Assistance is available, when funds exist, for food and hygiene products, typically in the form of food vouchers/gift cards. Provides financial assistance, budgeting, advocacy, and referral.
