Description

Provides low threshold case management for women who have experienced trauma, are at risk or diagnosed with HIV/Hepatitis B & C, or have a history of substance use. Facilitates access to medical/mental health care, trauma informed care housing and benefits from DSS. Offers HIV testing, mental health/substance use assessments and on-site support groups and workshops including life skills education and Seeking Safety.
