In cooperation with the MHA in NYS and Mental Health America, we promote mental health instigma around mental health issues. Training to empower individuals, families, and groups through peer support, advocacy and provide with mental health concerns on the community level through educational programs and community conversations about mental health issues, barriers to accessing support, and combating the social Tompkins County. As a team of Peer Specialists, we draw on our lived experience and specialized services which promote mental health recovery. We advocate for the human and civil rights of people

Offers a variety of services including same day evaluations, medication assisted treatment (suboxone, sublocade, naltrexone, vivitrol, campral), family services, and adolescent services.

The Center for Problem Gambling provides specialized counseling treatment to problem gamblers and their family members through individual, group, family and marital counseling. The Center for Problem Gambling also provides community presentations to increase awareness about the problems of compulsive gambling.

Free 12-wk program for cancer survivors sponsored by the LIVESTRONG movement at the Y, to help adult survivors achieve holistic health goals, get back on their feet after a difficult time. Program includes specialized exercise sessions and group support.
