Description

Provides in-home visits, counseling, and resources for caregivers and individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia, including specific assistance and training, monthly support groups throughout the county, articles and information specific to caregivers, and respite care (in home or facility based). Provides supportive counseling for family caregivers through Family Services of Jamestown. Support group meets at Christ First United Methodist Church, 663 Lakeview Avenue, Jamestown.
