Comprised of 1288 acres, this park offers a variety of facilities, events, and services including the beach off Long Island Sound, swimming, hiking trails (including the Greenbelt Trail), bicycling, picnic areas, refreshments/cafeteria, boardwalk, golf facilities (9 and 18 hole courses, putting green, driving range, clubhouse, pro-shop, golf tournaments), winter run and summer run series, cross country skiing, model airplane show, spring golf outing, and high school and college cross country running.
