Comprised of 1288 acres, this park offers a variety of facilities, events, and services including the beach off Long Island Sound, swimming, hiking trails (including the Greenbelt Trail), bicycling, picnic areas, refreshments/cafeteria, boardwalk, golf facilities (9 and 18 hole courses, putting green, driving range, clubhouse, pro-shop, golf tournaments), winter run and summer run series, cross country skiing, model airplane show, spring golf outing, and high school and college cross country running. Bicycles restricted from Boardwalk. No pets allowed year round in park.
