Supportive community living for parenting youth ages 14-21 in the foster care system. Provides the opportunity for youth to raise their children in a supportive home while working on goals related to permanency, self-sufficiency, and parenting. Each resident contributes to the care of the home by doing daily chores and preparing meals. Youth participate in regular community meetings related to issues within the home. Youth are connected to school, work, vocational training, day care services, medical services, and mental health services. Facility is comprised of 8 bedrooms, a shared dining room, living room, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Residents may remain in the program until age 21.Mother-Baby SILP provides community-based services for young teenage mothers and their children in the same supported living environment as the SILP program.

Youth work on independent living skills, such as budgeting, banking, housekeeping, cooking, etc.

Facility includes a children's activity center, administrative offices, laundry facility, multipurpose room, and storage room, with administrative staff or child care worker available at the front desk at all times.
