SUPERVISED INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM - CHWC | CHILDREN'S HOME OF WYOMING CONFERENCE
Young adults (ages 16 to 21) reside in community-based apartments and learn the skills necessary to become self sufficient, healthy, and achieve independence. Residents may remain in the program until age 21.Mother-Baby SILP provides community-based services for young teenage mothers and their children in the same supported living environment as the SILP program.
