Emerging adults, ages 18-24, to positive community resources that provide workforce training, job placement, educational opportunities and behavioral health assistance.

Offers counseling, career development, work readiness seminars, intensive computer and office skills training, self-employment training, and job placement assistance to displaced homemakers.

Provides comprehensive vocational and educational services to low-income adults who are transitioning from welfare to work, entering the job market for the first time, re-entering the job market, and/or working but seeking additional skill training. Offers a variety of workshops including computer training, vocational counseling, employment readiness, Continuing Adult Education Classes, English as a Second Language, job placement services and information and referral.

Maintains a list, and connects low income seniors looking for part-time employment (20 hours/week maximum) at non-profit agencies.

HATAS Pathways Project integrates housing and employment support services for 28 households with a history of homelessness and a disabling condition. The program includes rental subsidies, service planning, job-readiness training, employment placement assistance, case management, referrals to treatment, and other community services.

Resource room includes access to personal computers, fax machine, and internet access for job search. Partners from various agencies provide basic information on a variety of services. Conducts research, provides education, and delivers supports to better serve autistic and neurodiverse individuals in the classroom, workplace, and beyond. In partnership with Anderson Center for Autism, CAARES is working within SUNY Empire to build an Autistic Supportive College, deliver community and professional outreach, and provide career support for autistic and neurodiverse college students. It seeks to provide workforce development for professionals and business in increasing inclusive practices, conduct innovative research with and in support of autistic and neurodiverse individuals, and continuing to work in partnership with autistic and neurodivergent individuals and organizations across the globe. Parents, teachers, employers, and service providers need access to up-to-date, accurate information about autism. Working with partners across New York State and around the world, the center will provide that information, as well as education and training to parents, professionals, employers, community organizations, and others who support autistic and neurodiverse individuals.
