Provides Client Employment Center for individuals who use the Day Center and Emergency Shelter and for individuals in the JobsPlus welfare-to-work program who are assigned to the Rescue Mission. Clients may also participate in the Willing to Work program to gain non-paid work experience.

Provides the services of a Certified Low Vision Optometrist for individuals with decreasing vision. A low vision evaluation differs from the routine eye exam provided by an ophthalmologist in that it works with patients to maximize their remaining functional vision through the use of optical devices. This may include special lenses, magnifiers, telescopes, lighting, and/or glare reduction. When an individual is experiencing difficulty with tasks or things they enjoy doing due to vision loss, a low vision evaluation may be beneficial.

A counselor helps individuals develop an employment plan that might include volunteering, job readiness classes at Niagara University, skills training, job placement, and follow-along services after hiring. This plan is based on an individual's specific interests and abilities.

Offers a wide variety of services/programming for individuals of all ages who are visually impaired and/or legally blind. Provides tools, education, and support to empower people who are blind and visually impaired to overcome their challenges, achieve their highest degree of independence, and live more fulfilling lives, professionally and personally. Most services are offered in the home, school, work site, and/or are center-based.
