One or more appointments may be required and will include a combination of services. Treatment is provided based on the individual needs of the patient and will be determined during the initial exam. Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering pediatrics, internal medicine/family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatric and adult dental services, podiatry, social work, nutritional counseling, and pharmacy with home delivery. Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance.
