Primary care includes back to school physicals, sick calls, annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Dental care includes exams, cleanings and deep cleanings, fillings (composite and amalgam), teeth whitening, crowns/bridges, emergency care, dentures and partials, complicated extractions, and wisdom teeth removal.

One or more appointments may be required and will include a combination of services. Treatment is provided based on the individual needs of the patient and will be determined during the initial exam. Free available services include: - Dental cleaning (prophylaxis) - Advanced deep scaling and root planing - Dental x-rays - Intra/extra-oral exam cancer screening - Nutritional and tobacco cessation counseling - Home care instructions of gums and teeth - Polishing to remove stains - Fluoride treatments (various) - Sealants - Recommendations and referrals for outside follow up care - Anesthetic is available for sensitive patients

Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. Participates in 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace. COVID-19 Vaccines: Available for ages 6 months and up.
