Hudson Valley Health Specialties, Inc. and Ulster Rehabilitation Clinic: Services include primary medical care, psychiatric, dental, vision, and psychology as well as speech, occupational and physical therapies among others. Also offers specialized autism training and services.

The center offers comprehensive outpatient medical, habilitative, and rehabilitative services with special emphasis to persons with disabilities. In addition to primary medical care for adults the following specialty clinics are available: audiology, dental, gynecology, neurology, dermatology, neuropsychology, occupational and physical therapy, ophthalmology, orthopedic, podiatry, psychiatry, psychology (testing and counseling), physiatry, social work counseling, and speech and language pathology.

The Dental Hygiene Care Center follows all CDC and ADA guidelines to keep our students, faculty, staff and the public safe. The services of the Dental Hygiene Care Center are made available to the public at a nominal fee. The fees collected for services are used to defray the costs of operation of the Care Center.
