The Family Planning Benefits Program (FPBP) is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services. It requires no premiums or co-pays for services. Kaleida Health Family Planning Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies. Teenagers can be seen without parental consent, though they are encouraged to talk to their parents about their decision to use a birth control method.

Offers classes with an evidence based curriculum (PreventT2) proven to prevent or delay the progression of prediabetes into the onset of type 2 diabetes and other serious health problems by introducing realistic lifestyle changes and goals. Prediabetes is a serious health condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough yet to be diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. Provides outpatient services, minimally invasive surgery, nutrition education, massage therapy, oncology, mammography, lab/ultrasound, STD screening and treatment, natural family planning, perinatal bereavement counseling, and pelvic health. Center provides instruction in the Creighton Model Fertility Care System (CrMS) of Natural Family Planning. Provides instruction that teaches a woman to observe her bodily changes and chart them throughout her cycle. Knowledge of her fertility pattern enables couples to focus intercourse on fertile or infertile days to implement their intentions.

Offers full genetic counseling and genetic testing services for patients with breast or ovarian cancer, colon cancer of a family history of cancer. A complete family history is obtained for risk assessment. Dominant inheritance risk of transmission to offspring and probabilities of developing disease are discussed. The significance of negative and positive test results are reviewed.

Comprehensive outpatient Wound Care Center designed to complement physician's services in the treatment of wounds. The types of wounds treated in the Wound Care Center include: diabetic, ischemic, venous stasis, pressure, collagen vascular disease and other wounds that resist healing.
