Supportive Apartments are available for those needing minimal supervision, up to 21 hours per week. Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA) offers 24 hour supervised living in various sites throughout Orleans and Genesee County.

A special Medicaid program the allows medically fragile children to be cared for at home by providing case management including evaluating and assisting with a child's therapeutic, medical, educational, and psychosocial needs, working with medical equipment and home care personnel and assessing resources to provide appropriate care within the home setting. Home adaptation and vehicle modification are also available to improve m ovement and/or safety for the child at home and to improve access from home to the community. JM Murray's Recreation Respite Program offers recreational activities to individuals with developmental disabilities while providing respite for families. Organize, coordinate, and accompany people on day trips and overnight trips. This a non-waiver service through the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Individuals must live at home with a caregiver and also receive OPWDD services.
