Families with children age birth to three with developmental delays or a diagnosed condition with a high probability of developmental delay. Eligibility is determined by a multi-disciplinary evaluations and services are based upon individual child's needs.
Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
